Quail lease

I was recently asked what a quail lease is going for in South Texas Carrizo Springs area. I don't have a clue so I thought I'd aski you guys. Its 3,000 acres.

You want control of grazing rights as well?

I would guess anywhere between $5 to $10 depending on grazing rights thrown in to control grass and brush.

It might be a good quail season. I saw 2 pairs of adult quail with about 25 bumblebee sized babies following them around last weekend.
