Well, lucky the 2x6 base I got as leftovers from a frame job. The 2x3 frame I had to purchase though. $125 or so for the frame, screws, etc.

Looks great, Similar to the one I built in 2013.

I used smartsiding as well and left if unpainted.

Mine is still going strong.

My only recommendation is make sure it is as airtight as possible.

The mice love mine!!
