    Yeah, I guess epoxy, Kite string or spider wire will work too...but I recommend the t-mate.

              Tractors supply....drill a hole in this a buy a 1/4 wing nut and a couple washers. cheapest way to go.

                If cheap is the objective then sure why not not.

                I don’t need to defend my product. My customers are fiercely loyal and will do that for me.
                But...
                My product secures snugly to the post and reduces false triggers. It also provides a means to prevent tampering and most of all won’t be easily bumped out of alignment the first time a raccoon much less a cow bumps into it.
