Which .308 Ammo......

Hunting Aoudad Sheep next weekend. Is there a factory ammo anyone has used with success out of the box? I’m not set up for hand loading yet and need advice on which out of the box ammo would be good for shooting game like this out to 300-400 yards.

Shooting a Remington 700 .308 with a 20” barrel with a Leupold MK IV 4-14x40.

I shoot 168 gr ballistic silver tip as well

Start with Rem Core-Loks, Winchester mid-game, and work up. What ever shoots good.

No issues with the core-lokts. 4 deer the last 3 years have gone a total of maybe 10 yds after I hit them.
