So who watched the new Rosanne? My wife wanted to watch so we did. Rosanne's 9 yo grandson dresses like a girl. We turned it off and will never watch again.

It wasn't the funniest show on TV, but its not bad. I was surprised at how many political jokes there were making fun of the left pretty hard, that kept me watching.

I had the same reaction about the kid wearing girl's clothes. Wife wanted to keep watching, they followed up and basically described he's s boy that "just likes to be creative". Still bugs me but I'd still chalk it up to being similar to humor in last man standing. They made a joke about the boy using a pocketknife at school to defend himself, by offering it to the kid so he wouldn't beat him up.

I didnít watch it but I might. I see the cast includes the lady that plays Debbie on shameless, which is a good watch. Be warned, it includes subject matter you may not support. All shows do. Mickey Mouse with my toddler irritates me, Donald Duck is a jerk. Oh wait, everyoneís against Disney anyway. Letís watch lonesome dove. Wait, theft whores and gambling in that one. Things exist in this world and those things are included in media. Doesnít mean you support it or partake in it. I watched a few minutes of a Hillary speech, and I sure donít support that.

Heck I found it to be a breath of fresh air. It’s as RIGHT as any darn thing on the tube nowadays that’s for sure. She takes a lot of shots at the left...which is obviously a change since most of the network shows and their cronies cater to the liberals. The lack of political diversity in Hollywood is astonishing.

I liked it before and I’ll watch it again. Bottom line...it’s funny and I guess I don’t get that worked up over a tv show.

It was groundbreaking in the 80's and was again. Very few shows depict what working folk do for a living and how the real life struggles go. All in the Family is still the best at showing that. Just so you know, the "Hollywood" types were floored by the ratings it received, just reinforces how out of touch the limo liberals are. It was the highest rated sitcom in the last 3.5 years. ABC has already ordered a second season and are thinking about a Tim Allen reboot of Home Improvement or Last Man Standing.

I went in knowing it would probably have a few things in it that bothered me a little because that's how everything from Hollywood is nowadays. That having been said, I blew it off and just tried to enjoy the show with my wife. We both enjoyed it.

MSNBC and CNN both said that the reason that the new Rosanne show will be "pro Trump" is because Rosanne is based on a lower middle class family, that's somewhat trashy and uneducated, and that most people who will watch the show live a similar life. And according to them, those characteristics are what make up the typical Trump supporter.
