Hey DMK, have you tried running it on a high current 12v source? It may actually work okay, as long as you don't push the duty cycle.

That should do the trick. The battery supplies 3 amps at 24v, so 10 amps should be fine. Just be careful when wiring up the mains side. There isn't a lot of physical protection over the input side of the terminal block.
