                          It probally won't stay around long enough to find out ...and why put it in jars????you have 3 perfectly good containers from the juice,cider and everclear...use them...like I said ,it's not like this is for doomsday storage...it's for enjoying now....

                            Thats pretty much what I do. I pour some in pint jars when I give some to friends.
