Wife takes a prescription for it, but they sell an over the counter homeopathic tablet. Hylands Restful Legs is the OTC version that she has.

Hate to jinx myself. About 18 months ago , I did a 30 days cleansing diet. Cut out sugars , breads and caffeine. Extended it to 60 then 90 days. Lost nearly 30 lbs and all my aches subsided. No idea if itís the reason , but worth not changing anything as the legs pains were impacting my life.

I know this isn't exactly the pro weed forum, but I've read it helps.

Edit: could have been that I was reading about cbd oil helping out with this, not really sure.

My wife has a bad case of it. It comes and goes but when it is hurting really bad, there’s not much short of a pain pill that will give her any relief. It gets so bad sometimes that the only thing that helps is laying on the floor. They say spreading creamy peanut butter on your legs helps, but it didn’t help my wife any.

My wife's friend had it real bad, the doctor said to make sure she wasn't dehydrated when she went to bed and that seemed to fix her problem.

I myself have been off sugar and bread, really all carbs, for about ninety days, donít know how much weight I have lost, dosnít matter, because I canít explain to you how much better I feel. No aches, pains, sleeping good st night, I do sometimes cheat one day a week usually on Saturday, but nothing major.

I take a Requipe (sp) for mine . It helps some but not a lot . At night I take melatonin to knock me out. I would not wish restless leg on anyone.

I have it bad, I stopped drinking sweet tea and any other caffeinated products except a couple of cups of coffee in the morning. I have battled it for years and now I am nearly completely free of it. Don't know if its the caffeine or the sugar. No dout it helped me. Try it for a couple of weeks.

What is the deal with the old theory that a bar of Ivory soap place in your bed will stop restless legs??? Several people have told me that.

Since I'm a Chiro, of course, I'm always looking for natural remedies for problems. Calm Legs seems to get good results, and as mentioned above, sugar is just plain bad for you.

I have minimum sugar intake don’t drink coffee and maybe 2 dr peppers a month. I’m 6’ 193lbs and 12% body fat i walk 9-11 miles a day and workout 5x a week I’m pretty “healthy lifestyle” so i don’t see it being a caffein sugar deal... mine almost feel like when i finally stop for the day my body’s still moving like being on a boat all day kind of thing where you still feel like you’re moving, but it hurts

I have it also. I don't eat extremely healthy, but not bad either. I drink coffee in the am but only water the rest of the day and occasionally beer. I don't eat a lot of sugar as I hate sweets. The only thing that seems to help me is taking melatonin. I haven't tried any prescriptions or OTC medicines besides the melatonin. RLS does def suck.

Mine stopped after I started paleo/keto eating also, it doesn't take long for it to return when I fall off the wagon (my healthy/unhealthy eating charts like a sine wave). You'd be surprised at how much sugar you take in, in different forms like high fructose corn syrup and anything else that has "ose " at the end.

I usually have to drink a couple beers or a couple glasses of wine at home to get to sleep or a benadryl. May have to try the melatonin?
If not, I will toss and turn popping and stretching my knees for an hour or two.
It is pretty annoying, no doubt.

Maybe try drinking some sour cherry juice from concentrate. The better stuff isn’t cheap. Mix it with so many parts water. May take a week or two to see if you get any results. I have had good results with it from overworking joints doing hard work on ranches. Ya don’t want to try and rush things by consuming more than is suggested on bottle.

Just for the heck of it I tried consuming a small amount of the concentrate without diluting and WONT make that mistake again. LOL Potent stuff.
