Love the pics, I hope to be in a few for next year! I want to clarify about the fryer, what I have Is several propane tanks, a propane burner (used for boiling crawdads) and many sizes of boiling pots (stainless and aluminum), I also have a high output 2 burner stove. Please let me know if this stuff qualifies as a fryer.

Yall say a quick prayer for Todd and his family. They lost his brother in-law, TBHer Tillladaddy, this last weekend. Tilladaddy was a proud member of Team Chicken Wang until he had to start going through his treatments. Maybe we can do something for him and Texas Red memorial wise at the booth....both who we lost.

Thanx fellas, it really sux!

He has been dealing with this for about 3 years and it got really bad in the last few months.

It is a relief that he is not suffering anymore.

I was upset that he got cancer in the 1st place 2 years ago so past the shock of this by now.

Some sort of memorial dealio would be cool. On the shirts or a banner or something. I feel a statue should be erected for Tyler and Jimmy so I am probably not the best one to decide. They are both good guys!

I like the idea of on the shirt because it will still be on display when folks wear their shirts until the shirts wear out.... Not rolled up and put into storage after the event like a banner..

Speaking of banners ...do we want to get new banners for "Team Chicken Wing and Sweet Thangs"? We are no longer Hot Thangs .... Team Kid food has its own banner and Meat Pies and Boudin does as well.

Terribly sorry to hear the news about the passing of Tilladaddy! I never had the chance to meet him or Texas Red. They sure seemed like 2 great men and I would be honored to pay tribute. Let me know if I can help in any way!

I will work on a new banner or I will get a new banner.

Any ideas on the art work or slogan or whatever?

I am thinking 2 banners, one for dessert and one for wings. Maybe one for Fagitas!

That way if those teams are ever split off from our base they can take the banner with them. I gave the Kid Food banner to Debbie when she took over the team from me and Tyler back in 2010 or so.

I don't see Team Chicken Wing splitting from Team Dessert since it's such an easy team. I mean we are going on 4 years now. And I kinda head up Dessert. Plus it gives easy access

I kinda like Team Chicken Wings and Sweet Things.. but suit yourself. You never listen to me anyway

Todd, sorry for your loss......

I love the idea of the shirt sleeves.
TexasRed's family will be thrilled. I had no idea so many knew him, or that he was team chicken . It gives me goosebumps to think about it. I had known Jimmy since 1996, he was the one that convinced me to join TBH. He was always talking about what a great group of folks that would do anything to help others. He wasn't wrong

I like the sleeve idea. Could we do extra shirts for their families and all of us sign them or something, or at least get the kids shirts?

In discussions with Todd this AM we really liked the "Make America Great Again" theme substituting "Team Chicken Wing -Bownanza 2017" where you see Trump in any of these and of course Chicken for America. Again its all up for discussion.

...Make Chicken Great Again!

Team Chicken Wing - Bownanza 2017

Trump chicken head may bump up the costs with multiple colors but I think we need to build off at least the wording design wise.

I'm good with it but

A) Todd likes to keep it down so you'lll need to convince him and

B) you don't know how much the extra cost is so let's see what that is before we make somebody pay $30 a shirt versus 15...

I like the style of the first one with Nanza 2016 in place of Trump. It's somewhat basic and we could still do the chicken with trump hair. If the logo is mostly red, I vote on a Navy shirt. I like the idea of a baseball tee with navy sleeves and white center, but again that raises our cost so that may not be an option. Plus it's probably too girly for all you dudes!
