Default Any Menudo Eaters?

Here is a Menudo recipe that has been in my wife's family for many generations. If you like menudo this is a must have authentic recipe. YouTube is hit or miss, but I can vogue for this one.

The first thing that I notice wrong is they are cooking it indoors. I love it, but better cook it outdoors or house smells like cow manure!!

Also, if anyone trys making the Menudo, let me know how it comes out! I recommend jarring and freezing. It lasts all winter, perfect for deer camp.

if it stinks ,, you did not wash it good enough,,, never ever just start cooking it straight from the package,,, you got to wash it well , or you will get a kind of a funk.... but like evrything else once you get past the smell............

First time I tried it, it was a bad batch so I was told.

So I tried it again but couldn't forget that first time.

Wish I hadn't of had the first experience and I would probably like it.
