put out some Big & J BB2 Granular, that aroma brings everything in. Make a small hole and mix it in with dirt. Like a mineral lick...

they won't be on corn until a freeze knocks back the green groceries and the acorns are gone or spoiled.

I'd still be sitting a stand if you could.

Which one? I have 15K+ on our place....

Could you imagine setting up a bow blind with a range of a 40 yard circle to hunt one of 15-20K oak trees on 2400 acres?..

That would be akin to sitting out in the middle of the lake down by the dam in 60' of water with a Snoopy pole, red white cork, hook and bit of worm 1 foot under the surface hoping to catch a 10lb bass.[emoji13][emoji23]

My deer in leon county love one of the lone oaks in the middle of .
But the edges of fields where big oaks get plenty sunare good too
My oaks are mostly water oaks and post oaks. Wish my burroaks were old enough to produce. I have them iin a pig proof food plot.

You will be able to tell the oaks the deer are hitting the hardest. The ground will be covered in tracks and the leaves will be pawed up. Find those with a scrape close by and you will forget about the feeders.

A great acorn crop separates the men from the boys.

Try pea gravel in your feeder...mix half and half.

Ok I'm going for broke here
                                Vanilla scented pea gravel.
Then hump it till it pees in a white jeep with a TBH sticker on it
If that don't work I have no clue
