Default Suppressors and trusts

I have danced around the suppressor and trust subject for some time and have decided to make the proverbial leap.

Myself and my dad will be listed on the trust. But the million dollar question who is the best to use for setting up our trust?

Austin, give Herbie a call. He used a local guy in Kerrville I believe, with Silencerco paperwork. I'll PM you his #.

I went the cheap route and so has everyone else I know with no business linked to it.

99.9% of people will never have a problem

May be true but when the letters ATF are involved I do not want to take any chances.

Ask Randy Weaver about how he lost his whole family to them.

If the SilencerCo trust still has the provision that lets the Trustees gang up on the Grantor and kick him out, hard pass on that one.

Sean knows a ton. His trust is pretty good.

I have never seen a better NFA trust than the one Jim Will writes. http://www.myguntrust.com 512-288-3200

I did the online one with Capitol Armory and had no issues.....other than the 17 month wait.

Sean Cody or another similar professional in the business.

Yes, the cheap route through a shop will work to get it in your hand but IMO a few hundred dollars to a pro is valuable peace of mind.

Whoa, that's not what I wanted to see. Trying to be responsible and knowing how TBH'ers are these days, I searched for Sean Cody's contact info. Not finding any, I googled it. Whoa, SeanCody dot com is a gay **** site. That scared the tarnation out of me, so I added and NFA to that search and came up with http://www.texasnfatrust.com/.
