Something useful for TXDOT spending

Build bigger restrooms for the rest stop area along I-30 just west of Mt Vernon. This time of year those toilets almost overheat from the amount of flushes per hour.
Lots of truck drivers stop there along with general travelers. People are standing in line just to use the facilities. It’s just going to get worse.
