Yep pics are tough and it's a little dirty but wouldn't think twice about 6.5 maybe more, unusual to see such even wear all across the jaw.

Tooth Ware shows 6.5 years, the inside of the 1st molar(4th tooth) should be completely clear of enamel to call 6.5. however with the jawbone still be being somewhat dirty there could be some enamel left in the molar that is unseen.

4th tooth (1st molar) is worn smooth (dished out). Tooth 5 and 6 still has an enamel ridge.

I'd say 6.5 yoa
