Pretty sure Rick can come up with a custom thick tab to cushion fingers. If you want a glove, I can recommend the Dura Glove. I got it after fingers were getting numb and tingly from a new heavy bow. Took a few weeks for numbness to go away, but no problems since.

I went down the Dura glove route. It developed such a groove that I changed over to the heavier of the Bearpaw gloves. I wore it out and also developed a very sore hand. Now I have the American leathers buffalo crossover. It has protection under the finger pad but could use a stiffer finger tip. I'm thinking about trying a thin vegetable tanned leather u shaped insert to stiffen the tip. I am at the point where the glove is so stiff that I can't feel the string.
