    Help with Pork Belly on the grill

    First time grilling a pork belly and any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

      Cook it offset low and slow for awhile then finish over direct heat and render out the fat

        Cure it first then smoke it . That’s what I do .

            I cook mine in oven. One hour covered at 375 bake then 40 minutes uncovered at 400 broil. I'll bet on grill something similar would work. The last 40 are for crisping it up. I use thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, pepper, and of course garlic as season for first hour, then coat with honey before the crisping. It turns out pretty good. Good luck to you.

              I’m pleased with the results....Will be doing again for sure.

              Seasoned and placed in pan on top of a bed of veggies(corn, celery, onions) and 2 beers.
              Placed in pit when temp was at about 480 and let it die down from there. Maintained @ 350 for the next 2.5 hours once temp cooled down to 350.
