Looks like he's full rut with that big neck? First and third pics make him look 5 or 6...the 2nd pic makes him look younger. There's another discussion about tarsal gland darkening/staining and helping to age a buck, and I don't see much of that here. If I'm in doubt, I try to guess what he's not. He's not 3 and he doesn't look 7, so he's at least 4.
Do you have a management program in place on harvest age that you have to abide by or are trying to abide by?

No management program (it's just a lease, it'd be ran different if I owned it). Personal though, knowing that we have poor forage quality with no food plots, a deer of this nature is a good one for our place. When I harvest I look for at least a 4 year old mature animal.
