Rifle that my dad bought me. A nice little Ruger 10-22 stainless. I was in a rough place and I sold it when I moved from Alabama to a old guy I thought was my friend.

Two years later with a new life, new wife, and a new baby boy in the crib I regretted the hell out of it. My wife called him and offered him 10x's what I sold it to him for to get it back for me and my newborn son. Old S.O.B told her about a scope he'd bought to put on it and how he liked it and would will it to me when he passed away.

Lesson learned.

One of those little bass boats when the guy showed up in a truck that cost as much as my house. My intent was to help someone who couldn't afford one otherwise.

I sold a ****ed good horse a few years back that I regretted. It was a ****ed good kids horse. The guy I sold her to managed to fall off and hit his head. After a helicopter ride that told him he was fine. I ended up buying the horse back at a discount so I guess it worked out ok for me. The horse had not been ridden in about 90 days and last week when the grandkids were here they rode her all over this place by themselves. Did I mention that my oldest grandkid is 10? or that one of them had never been on a horse before?

My buddy needed a shotgun to go dove hunting. I let him borrow my ole trusty mossberg 500 pump in Camo. This was my first gun I ever bought. Couple months go by and I asked for it back. He says I’ll get it to you next week. I ask again same response. Come to find out he pawned it because he needed diapers and formula and lost the gun. I went to the pawn shop and bought my gun back. That was the closest I’ve ever been to regretting gun. I’ve been thinking about selling several guns but reading this makes me second guess. Even though I never shoot them.

A matching pair of pristine 8 3/8" Smith & Wesson no-dash 686 revolvers.

A decked out DPMS SASS Ar-10.

A GA Precision built .308 Remington 700 with no expense spared.

Divorce can be a cruel animal..... Lost the guns, but did get the kids, so I was happy, but I sure do wish I had those guns back.....

1997 Jeep Wrangler, lifted with 33's, Fire Engine RED. Pristine condition. The day I paid it off I decided that I absolutely had to have a new lifted GMC Truck and they gave me (and I accepted) squat on the trade-in, like $4k. To this very day, I cringe and wonder what the heck was thinking.

91 days later, from day of purchase, I was badly rear ended in that fancy new truck, it never was the same again and I sold it at a financial loss six months later. Makes me mad just thinking about it.

Yea it hurt ... Was young fell on tough times, and started a new gig but had to travel back and forth to Louisiana for Work lived in central Texas at the time. Needed some cash to get kick started, so I took it in right after Turkey season and forgot it was there until dove season was fixing to kick off went to go get it and left it in there too long.. wasn’t even a week late. Raised complete hell but didn’t do any good. Left handed too. Tough lesson learned. Havnt been in a pawn shop since. Think I’m gonna go Throw up now

Those CB750 SOHC are getting harder and harder to find. Saw one, mint condition here in Mansfield couple weeks ago. I waited at the gas pump, waiting for it to start up and ride off. My step dad had a 80 CB750 custom that I learned to ride on,he sold it to my ___hole brother in law...was so mad!! I wanted that bike. Currently have a CB450SC Nighthawk that Ive had for 10 years and while parts are getting harder and hard to find,I cling on to it
