    hatchet

i am reworking a factory hatchet for a tbh'er and he suggested that i do a tutorial, before i start taking pictures of my steps how much interest would there be??? should i make it more pictures or describe it in detail?

A picture is worth 1,000 words, pictures with a brief description as needed is great, then people will ask questions if there's anything needing more details.

      Let the show begin.......

lets knock that edge off. dont really feel like taking a trip to the emergency room

started rounding out the hammer section/grinding off some paint and smoothing out the spine

smoothing out the dropoff that was on the spine

this thing was a bit too long so i took the handle down two inches and then got an idea on how to stain it

i know im jumping around ALOT but im working several angles at the same time one reason is to keep the head cool and this is basically an experiment to me so i want everything to pull together at the same time

please ignore all the mess on my bench i havent had a chance to clean up good lately
