Archery and 3D Tournaments
The Archery Course is located on the East Reservation just past the Flag Lake Gate, turn at the second left and up at that top of the hill. Daily codes for the Flag Lake Gate can be found at the Eastside Shoppette, Natural Resources, and FamCamp. Available daily from dawn to dusk there are four stationary targets for practice at 10, 20, 30, and 40 yards. NO BROADHEADS OR GUNS should be used on the targets.
Once a month between February and September, Outdoor Recreation hosts a 3D event that provides 26- 3D targets. The targets range from raccoons, and turkeys to dinosaurs, deer and elk. Fees for the 3D event start at $10 for cubs and youth to $15 for adult categories. Off-base participants are welcome to come shoot during the 3D Tournament, they will need to contact 453-0976 to get their information on the base access list by the Monday prior to the shoot.
