Sorry, I have not had any time with it Not sure on the weight but it is pretty light. It is much lighter than the plastic blinds, but it may not once I get it done. I promise i will finish this but it may take a while, been crazy busy with work and family stuff

What is the yellow foam? Looks like it's poured out of a Bucket.

It is pour foam like they use for floatation in boats. It is very strong, wish I could do the whole thing out of it.

Dang, No still in my shop and everytime i am in there I tell myself (i really need to finish that thing) Lot more time involved than I thought. I will finish it, put too much time and $$ to not.
