Global warming is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. BIG crawfish less than $2 per pound in February. Hallelujah! Some years the biggest sack you can pick is 32lbs in peak season and you gotta have a reservation. Today at 4pm we waltzed into HEB and bought the smallest bag they had, 36lbs. Still had a pallet on standby and most bags were 40lbs.

It's gonna be a good year for the mudbugs folks, it already is!

Wow, i called around plano/mckinney area the other day and prices were $3 to 3.50 a pound.
