    Pigs at the house. LOL

    Rained all day yesterday.

I guess I should have been looking outside more. Found these this morning, but the rain must have washed out where it came from, then went to.

This is right in front of my shop. The second picture was taken standing on the tracks.

I'll be watching a little more closely from now on. :-)

At my place I’ve had them.
            1. Eat a red 5 gallon bucket.
            2. Chew a hole and eat a 2.5 gallon jug of used turkey cooking oil.
            3. Eat holes in 2 water hoses.
            4. Eat an end off tyvek house wrap
            5. Eat 1/2 of a campaign sign.
And a few other things I’ve probably forgotten about.

Yes sir. Found him in the yard in early August. Skin and bones, umbilical cord still attached, and staggering. Nursed him back to health with a medicine dropper. We cut him and tagged him. Like a dog. Follows us around.Click image for larger version

I had the priest from our church down hunting pigs. He wanted me to save it. I told him I've killed hundreds of them why would I save this one? But he's an interesting addition to camp. We have 12 acres fenced off so we closed the gate and now his wild cousins can't get in.
I'm surprised Rick isn't killing them all the time but I suspect he has been busy with other projects. His place isn't far from ours and I'm sure he's covered up with pigs as well.

Busy with other projects is an understatement.

There really aren't many pigs here at the home property.
Over at the farm (about a mile west of your place) is where they are thick, but I just don't get a chance to get over there to hunt very often.

I'll be down there this weekend. I'll try to thin them some.

I saw a women walking around with a little pink pig in wrapped in a baby blanket.
I looked expecting a baby. I said thats the ugliest baby I ever saw. We all laughed.

I killed this guy down behind the house about 2.5 weeks ago.
They haven't been coming around as much since, but there are 3 or 4 boars still showing up now & then, and one of them is a big black one almost as big (if not as big) as this one.
