Good to see you on here troy. I don't have a true answer for you. I know you can do it yourself if there's no fighting. I had a friend do it. Then I've had buddies where it's took 6 months to almost a yr. Best of luck to you. And get your butt back on here. Lots of guys miss you. Come hunting or fishing anytime w me and the kids

There is ( or was, when i did mine ) a 60 day waiting period from the time you file till it is over. My ex and I did an uncontested divorce. One lawyer. I told him please make it as quick as possible ( she was giving me primary custody of the kids ). Still ended up somewhere around 3 1/2 - 4 months. Good lord those days passed slowly.

Mine took a year with little to no fighting. Lawyers drug their feet on both sides. Guess they were making sure they got all of their retainer fees. Best of luck too you, it sucks especially if there are children involved.

After the 60 day cooling off period should be done pretty quick. Mine was bitter and it took 3.5 yrs and cost me 200k in attorney fees. Try to settle
