Take the bump stock case to the supreme court and have them determine in an object that does not fire a projectile is a gun or not. While there, go ahead and have them determine if a Bowie knife is or is not a gun as well.

I’m fully aware that neither of those are firearms. Also, according the the ATF, a bumpstock is in fact a firearm.
