Saw the post about margaritas and don't have a recipe for those, so I thought I'd share my recipe for Mexican Martinis!
2 shots of tequila 2 shots of sweet & sour mix 1 shot of triple sec 1 shot of orange juice 1 shot of olive juice 1/2 shot of lime juice pinch of salt Mix over ice, shake, and enjoy! If you don't like them salty you can reduce the olive juice or cut the salt. I sometimes add a little more lime juice as well. Helps to use fresh squeezed lime juice. The bottled stuff tends to give them a little bitter flavor. |
