Thanks. Yea I was really happy because that is the exact reason I bought that style of tripod. I have big quadpods that stay up year round on my lease, but I wanted something to keep in the garage for spur of the moment trips. Im also going to rig up a removable shooting rail for quick rifle trips.

Im finally got drawn this year for a Kansas Archery tag. It is a DIY hunt so I wanted something I could quickly setup/ move around since prescouting isnt an option. Im bringing a lock on and a ground blind that i am going to setup the first day and use them as observation stands for the first 2 days or so. Im going to keep a log of deer movement/patterns and then use that knowledge to throw the tripod up in hopes of ambushing them. Thats the plan anyway lol
