anniversary vacation ideas?

my wife and I have our 5th wedding anniversary coming up the end of September. she said plan it and surprise her with a location. wanting to stay within about 8 hours of southwest Louisiana. any ideas would be appreciated.

On our tenth and again on our 30th, we stayed at a b&b on the Llano river. We kayaked all of it around the B&B. We did it during the week and were the only ones there. It was great but might not be your wife's thing.

fly from houston to cozumel. not bad cost and will be on the beach by 3pm.
