Ive shot anElite at the shop a few years ago and it was a dang fine bow. Little heavy and thats the only reason it didnt win out over Mathews. For that deal, if you need a bow, buy it. You can resell it at your cost if it doesnt fit your needs.

I can't help with that model (Impulse), but never had an issue with my Elites.

FYI, several used Elites in the classifieds for around the same price fully rigged.

My 31 replaced my 12yrs with BowTech. I believe you can't go wrong at that price or brand.
