Luck of the Draw did the 2010 version. I did the 2009 version.

This was the latest and greatest.

As we start to plan this thing, we have to convey one somewhat big change with regards to how we "set up". We can not have "vendor booths" this year without having to pay for them. In addition to paying for them, there are permits and other items that we will have to prepare. Our event is being classified differently this year due to it's shear size and this re-classification creates some headaches and new circumstances. From what Mary and I have been able to determine so far, it's just not going to make sense to allow them.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Not to be difficult...but please don't plan on any of this.
There is quite a bit of paperwork I am going through just to move forward as we have been .... we certainly don't want to do something that is not allowed, and then be asked to leave.

To elaborate on Mary's comment, we most definitely want to remain well inside whatever "boundaries" the City of Bryan lays out for these type gatherings. If it means having paid security, we'll do that. If it means a fire extinguisher in every tent (may actually be required) we will ask that this be done. The use of this facility is important to us. We do not want to be asked to leave for any reason related to rules.

We really appreciate everyone's understanding with regards to this. We will play by their rules.

We also need to remove the Team Bar icon(I think that is what is above Team Hot Lips). In addition to the other reasons given....our new event classification would require a permit from TABC.

"Joey's Spot" is the stompin grounds for Team Cabbage, Team Gizzard, Team Roto-Rooter....on occasion and comes complete with the Wheel Grill in case someone wants to burn some meat or just stop by to warm up around the fire.....which will be contained.....with a fire extinguisher.

Im just sayin.....

Coffee will be provided at this spot at Revielle.

Speaking of fire extinguisher....(thanks for the reminder, Joey).
As was last year....each team will be required to have an extinguisher handy. City rules.

don't forget about team wing!!!

As to my previous post, I agree, I do not want us to do anything that would potentially get us kicked out or banned from BCS. I was just looking at some old pictures of Nanza and thought it would be nice to see some of our "sponsers" items.

A quick question. . . There's a "Merchandise" table for TBH stuff, is it cash only?

Need A place for Team Entertainment. Due to the size and need for electricity may need to move from where entertainment has been in the past, over in the corner between Taquito and Team Rib.

Thanks Steven for locating Team Nametag on the layout. We've had the same spot for a few years now and it seems to work.

Team Nametag isn't slacking, we're just being fasionably late. I'll start the Team Nametag thread soon.

muy bien Devin

just add a coffee pot to the left of Team Boudin

what about adding a "Red Cross" by Team Daycare / Kids - that can be the central location in case a kid or adult scratches their knee, gets a splinter, gets burned, and needs a band-aid or medical attn:

It would be nice to have a First Aid location if needed

I don't want this to be a scaled map so Teams are counting parking spots..... let's just keep it tentative.

Updated..... with revisions as requested.

Please find a way to forgive my inexcusable oversight, Duane. Will making you Park Activities Team Leader help in that regard?
