Team Taquito My wife makes the best I mean the best homemade salsa around. I am on Team Rib but figured I could drop a gallon of salsa off at your team Sat. morning if you would like. 1/2 spicy and 1/2 mild.

Does she know you volunteered her for this?

It's got to pretty durn good to beat catmans. We won't turn it down though. A gallon might be a little much, but whatever she feels like.

Thanks

Oh she is all over it. Just wish my garden had time to kick in the peppers are always better from there.

(My girl is old school likes to make everything homemade).

Kelsey, Mark(sac) and I generally find our way to Northgate on Friday after hanging out in the BW parking lot for a bit. I know that both of us probably won't make an appearance till between 9 and 10 this year so I don't know if that will happen. But I'll be on the lookout for you when I show up.

I think we'll be alright with what we have Chris. I know last year we were really stuffing the last few batches because we had so much more meat than we did eggs.

We definitely won't be accused of providing un-hearty taquitos...

Hank,
If you don't me asking, what type of tomatoes is your wife using for the Salsa?
I plan on bringing some as well.
If she uses red tomatoes I can get some tomatillos to have the best of both.

Catman her's is more of a picadilo/ more peppers than tomatoes. but she does use red. She made it last night I have a 1/2 gal for each team and half of that is spicy and the other half mild.
Look foward to meeting yall tonight.

Thanks for the heads up Hank!
I think I'll go with a tomatillo based Salsa.

First off, good job everyone. This year was easy. Next year will be a cake walk.

Chris, I gotta get that stuff back soon, Everything but the sharpener is my wife's and she warned me not to lose them. Shoot me a PM with an address where it can be picked up and I'll get UPS by there on my account.
