Looks like a great build, new concrete is a beautiful thing! Is there much of a price difference between a bolt up compared to a weld up style, other than the cost of the welder, rods, and other consumables?

Bolt up was a little higher like 8-10% or so but the labor is cheaper by more than that.

Very nice. Finally got the slab done today on my little shop add-on. Mine will be wood framed, and I have to do it myself, so not quite as exciting

Here’s that little air compressor slab. I have weld plates on this because I will frame this in myself with tubing and matching sheet metal.

Yes sir its on the left of the roll up door. They just put that brace across to firm it up since they weren't going to be back for two days. They will take that cross brace off and frame it out.

Bolt up building from Muellers was delivered yesterday.





Those Muellers are nice ! I put up a 24x24 17 years ago . Sure wish I`d of gone bigger . Congrats . Going to be a nice shop !

Got windows and door in today. One side of siding up. Probably be done with the metal work Wednesday afternoon if all goes well.
