Use Udder Butter from a feed store. It is great for diaper rash on all babies, both young and old. It is a lot cheaper than Boudreauxs Butt Paste.

Deodorant on the inner thighs and ssc. And sweat wicking drawers
Do not use a powder. It will eventually get soaked and hold moisture and chaff more.
