I wanted to give a big shout out to Reconyx and their customer service. The SD card quit locking into the slot, so I returned it to Reconyx. Not only did they promptly repair the SD slot, but they replaced the IR LED board, replaced rusty battery terminals, upgraded the gasket, replaced wiring harness and upgraded the firmware. All for $30 plus shipping. 
And I got a good looking cap!
They have done this before for me on other cameras as well. I have never bought a new Reconyx, I buy them when I find them here or on ArcheryTalk. Reconyx doesn’t care if I’m not the original purchaser, they fix the camera.
I always send them the serial number before purchasing and they can confirm how old the cam is and if it has been reported stolen.
I know these cams cost a lot, but you get what you pay for. A GREAT CAMERA and fantastic customer service!
