Mullins Praire is a good one. Me and the wife got married in High Hill when the bar was still open. I think the groomsman spent more time there then the reception lol. Cistern Store has its moments.

Woody's in Mineral Wells has always been a favorite.

Charlie Browns on E Lancaster holds a special place in my heart.

Blue Bayou in Dido/Newark is growing on me.

Went to a place in Cotton Valley, or Shongaloo La. called Bob's or Pop's or somesuch that was awesome.

The Watermark, Columbia La.

Way back when, it was the Shamrock at Whiskey Bend in Longview, TX. I had some words with a couple guys and the barmaid ushered them out. I got coldcocked coming out the door and had the crap kicked out of me when I was down. I frequented it often until I saw one of those jaybirds leaning over the pool table when my eyes adjusted to the dim light. I picked up a chair and returned the favor and I ain’t been back. I didn’t even get a beer !
