I've got a buck I need processed and want to try somewhere new. I've heard good things about Bellville Meat Market. Is that still the case? Any suggestions on their products? Thanks in advance!

I am a big fan of their sausages. I especially like their Chipotle sausage.

I am not a fan of the packaging on their general cuts though.

I dropped one off today for the first time. Have heard great things, I am looking forward to trying it out.

Their Jalapeño and cheese summer sausage is fantastic. You will overpay for what you get from Bellville though.

Have three deer there now and dropped off another one today, tamales are great.

Bellville is expensive, but my preferred processor. I just like the way they package their meat.

I also use Arnold’s for smoked sausage as I prefer it to Bellville.
