Never really bought into the advocare or herbal life stuff. Not knocking it but I just never got the hype. You can’t ever supplement out food etc like they advertise. Elite has everything across the board, stim and non stim pre workouts, vegan proteins etc etc etc. used to get my stuff the nutrition fx before they closed. Find a nutrition shop and talk to someone, they can help get you in the right direction.

The herbal life i think is worse than advocare. But i lost a good 15-20 lbs using advocare fit for a month along with working out and cutting out eating late and such.

I might go back to gnc and see which products they recommend.

If you go to GNC let me know, as long as it’s a corporate gnc and not a privately owned, I know their regional sales manager. Can get all their stuff at cost. Last time I went I had 160 worth of stuff and walked out for 68 bucks haha.
