    Hill Country To-Do's

Got a bread and breakfast booked for the 4th of July weekend and will be staying in Stonewall, what are some must see and do's? Must eats, and good hangout spots? I'm fairly familiar with the area as I used to hunt between Fredericksburg and Llano about 8 years ago. Just looking for recommendations, and any "hidden gems" that may be out there.

Looking to stay within about an hour drive, already planning Enchanted Rock, golf at Scott Schreiner in Kerrville, Scottish Woods on the Green Belt, Whiskey tasting at Garrison Brothers, maybe a short trip to Pedernales Falls State Park & Jacobs Well, grabbing a burger at Hondos on Main.

Kick in whatever intel you got folks!

Jacobs well isn't what it used to be. The actual hole is the same but it is all commercialized, entry fee, waiting list, no jumping from rocks.

Hamilton Pool is a better bet.

Sit in the shade and drink a few beers, preferably with a nice canyon view.
