Anyone have any marinades that they enjoy for kabobs? Steak, chicken, etc.?
I usually do for beef 1 part oil, 1 part low sodium, 1 part worsch sauce and 1 part of a citric juice (lemon or lime, etc.). Then just hit it with tony's and marinade overnight after i've sliced the meat. Did a search and didnt see much, just curious if anyone has something different out there I should try. |

A good one for chicken legs, thighs, breasts is: mayo, salt, pepper, a bit of lime, garlic, and a ton of cilantro. Let the chicken sit in it for a few hours and then grill it. It's also good as a sauce.
