My son shot his first large piglet. Probably about 75 pounds.
What I took off of it, was the backstrap/tenderloins, and I have two boneless hams. I want to cook one of the backstraps and tenderloin’s tonight and one of the hams later. Does anyone have a quick/easy recipe for tonight with the strap and something that I can do with a ham in a day or two? I have a crockpot, an Instapot, and I also have use of an oven or stove. Right now I am smokerless. Thanks! |

If you have a pressure cooker or slow cooker take a look at my recipe for wild pork tacos.
