Saw some deer but no shooters. Decided to pack it up a few minutes earlier than usual since I’m by myself out here this weekend. Got down and was putting a new SD card in my camera when I heard pigs. Kneeled down and waited and they disappeared so I took off on my half mile walk to the Ranger. Got half way there and I was surrounded by them. Set my backpack and bow down and grabbed my .40 and let her rip. Dropped one for sure and I probably hit a couple more. That’ll get the ole ticker going!!

I got a doe and buddy got a doe last night. We both saw a lot of deer despite being 95 degrees.
