Installed a solar panel on my ground bling with a 12v feeder battery. And a 12v trucker fan. Makes a huge difference also helps circulate your cover scent. I had to elevate mine due to flooding after rain we have had. Cannot get the pic to load.

Spray bottle full of water and a wet towel around your neck.
I like to saturate my shirt and the towel about every 30 min.
