Brazos County (Bryan) 3D shoot July 10
BCAC is hosting their monthly club shoot on July 10, 10 am shotgun start.
Like last month, due to the heat, we will set up 20 targets, and make them a short walk. I think last month we finished at 1:00, maybe 1:30.
The 4H will host concessions and there will be plenty of food and drinks for everyone.
The 3D shoot will follow ASA rules and classes. The first 10 targets will be known distance for all stakes. Quiver pins will be awarded for all classes, except Jr Eagle, Eagle, Sr. Eagle. They will recieve medallions.
We are going to host a money shoot, too. $5 entry, winner takes all. Back by popular demand - this month we will have the water jug shoot. Pairs of shooters will go head to head in single elimination and shoot at 1 of the 2 water jugs. The jugs are balanced on 2 pulleys and counter weighted against your competitor's jug. The jug that drains the fastest (jug rises to the top) wins.
We will also host a special jug shoot for kids under 12. That alone will be worth sticking around to watch.
