Not much of a story teller here but it was 17 degrees that morning and I won’t forget walking up on him after a long wait. He lifted his head and received an extra arrow to finish. Darn thing came in on a string and picked me out in the tree from 35 yards and I had a good hidden tree. It’s a stand I call the hot corner because it’s a great pinch point that produces traffic more often than not. This was the biggest buck I’ve arrowed on our place in the 33 years I’ve hunted it.
