    Dick’s Sporting Goods

Just read that their CEO said they’re ceasing all sales of “assault style weapons” and high capacity magazines. Wonder if they’re going to clearance them out or send them back to their distributors.

Academy stopped a few years ago after a similar tragedy, perhaps Sandy hook...?

Just more knee jerk reaction pandering to the bleeding hearts.

I saw a sign over the AR rack in carter's country referring to them as automatic sporting rifles or something along those lines.

Soon it will be a good time to open up an AR gun store, accepting all these manufacturers guns that no one else will. Bring it on, if they won't do it, somebody will.

They did stop years ago. The AR found in the trunck of sandy hook killer was purchased at Dicks. I use to work at dicks, in the outdoor department.

Thats their decision and if they choose to lose out on their marketshare of the AR sales so be it. Makes my choice a little easier.

                          D I C K S sporting goods won't sell guns anymore

to anyone under 21. They also will not sell AR style guns at all. This is what I've been told. Can anyone confirm it yet? I haven't been in there lately, and don't shop there for guns anyway. Their business, they can't do what they want imo. That being said, hopefully it will hit them in the pocket book. I'm afraid others will follow the lead, and make it harder to purchase AR's.

Hard to boycott the dump when you don't go in there.

Stupid Yankee based company. Never liked that store. Haven't been in one in years.
