Made a batch last night, they're soaking as we speak. When I get home to nite I'll take a pic of them

Not my best effort but the crackers were old and soaked up the oil too quick. Fresh, crunchy crackers seem to let the seasoning mix spread thru both sleeves of crackers in your mixing jar.

Buccees Dynamites are similar and very good as well. Go great with a Miller lite.

Ingredients list is salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic, onion, parsley if anyone wants to play around with the recipe.

Another thing, cracker brand counts. The last pic I posted was heb brand and old. These are premium brand and fresh

Wife has been making those for years. We call them drunk crackers.

We have been making them for a long time using 4 sleeves of saltines and they are just as good. They go so fast, try it yourself.

We have made a few batches lately and man are they good! We've been using the mini saltines.

I love these type of crackers. Can you substitute vegetable oil for the canola? I suspect that is a strong no. I ain’t got any canola at the house, and wanna make a batch.
