Waco Biker Shootout - All Charges Dropped

9 dead, 20 injured, all charges dropped
Prosecutors say no one will be punished for the 2015 shootout between rival biker gangs in Waco, Texas, that left nine people dead and at least 20 injured.

    How?

No clue but my thought process would be it there are 177 people, there are probably more than 177 guns. How can you possibly begin to sort through everything?

Because it was a huge shiat show that should have never happened. They went about the whole thing wrong.

Better question is, why were so many people charged who hadn't committed a crime? What a costly embarrassment.

The new Administration is correcting the course of past significant misjudgments.

how much is this mess going to cost the tax payers? More importantly, what about the folks that lost their lives?

While the criminal cases will be dismissed, more than 130 of the bikers have civil rights lawsuits pending against Reyna, former Waco Police Chief Brent Stroman, the city of Waco, McLennan County and individual local and state officers who were involved in the arrests.

It’s a shame they could not bring charges against those in the snipers nest that we’re responsible for the murders.

Hopefully the taxpayers insurance company can cover all of the civil cost.

Unbelievable 9 people die in a shootout in US and not one person is convicted of murder.
