    Bake One Take One Sausage & Peppers Pasta - My Wild Kitchen

    Since you'll end up with two pans of this pasta you can take one to a friend who could use a night off from cooking, bring one to the potluck at church, or freeze one for a freezer meal down the road.

    Who makes their own smoked sausage and what seasoning recipe or brand do you use?

            No but I'm sure it'd be delicious. I wouldn't think a 20 minute bake time would overcook the shrimp, but if you were worried about that you could use a broiler safe pan instead of glass and just broil a few minutes to melt the cheese on top.
