White Bass in the Nolan

Anyone been fishing the Nolan river up toward Blum lately. Trying to get a heads up on taking my two daughters in the yaks. Wanting to wait until they get up that way as the younger one really doesn't like to paddle more than about a mile there and a mile back. Thanks for any info.

I haven't been, but I'd guess probably still to early to be up past the boat ramp. I've heard the deeper holes up around Hamm Creek are holding some fish.
