I wonder how long before the NCAA puts a cap on the analyst/QC positions a program can have. In the Army we had what was called future ops. All they did was plan and organize for the next operation and the one after that. They then handed off that basic plan and intel to the current ops guys, who did the final detail planning and execution of the plan.
I wonder if these coaches are running it in a similar way.

He's just gonna watch film and break it down. He can work cheap too, since the aggs are still paying him.

Bama spends millions on a recruiting budget as other schools spend $250,000 - $500,000. When you win 5 NC's in 9 yrs, money is pouring in to Tuscaloosa. Before Alvin Kamara signed his LOI with the Pachyderms, he received 105 recruiting letters from ALA on 1 single day.

yep, that's the word on the street. He is retaining marcel yates as DC. Yates was the first secondary coach he had at A&M, but left to be DC at Boise after two years. Will be interesting to see if he has more success in the PAC with the same coaches and scheme....

Preferred walk-on. This typically means they have a spot on the team without having to go through a tryout.
